Job Responsibilities:
Managing the warehouse in accordance with the goals and policies of the firm
controlling activities for receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance
establishing a plan and ensuring effective use of space
Create, plan, and implement the best operational policies and processes.
Follow all warehouse, handling, and shipping regulations
uphold standards for hygiene, security, and health a yearly budget
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transportation firms
Establish work schedules, properly allocate jobs, and evaluate outcomes.
Hire, choose, orient, coach, and inspire staff.     

Qualifications:
experience with best practices for warehouse management
Proven capacity to carry out initiatives for process improvement
strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehousing
practical knowledge of databases and warehouse management software
leadership abilities and staff management
strong ability to make decisions and solve problems
superior communication abilities
BS in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics

Salary: Rs100,000 - Rs120,000 per month
