Present high-level solutions to customers in preparation and presentation.
Accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility are essential, as is maintaining a strategic relationship with existing customers by promoting product upgrades, assisting customers with technical issues, and recommending the appropriate IT equipment.
